Clinical data was collected from patients treated for (BCC) during Jan 2019 to Dec 2021 analyzed topography, cases. 280 cases were managed 2021. Out these 44 BCC. In 30 male 14 female. Majority recurrences about 80% occurred within 3 years primary excision. Ocular adenexa is most common anatomical site carcinoma. Histologically also more than having recurrence. Recurrence after incomplete excision reported be 20% with 5-9 follow-up. Thus, we suggest that all who had undergone BCC surgical should re-examined regularly even if margins negative on histopathology or tumor indolent nature.
